Shipping Policy

Dispatch & delivery times

Specific dispatch time frames for each order date will be confirmed via our social media channels. As a general guide, we aim to deliver:

- UK orders: within 3–5 working days
- International orders: within 10 working days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary, particularly during sale and clearance periods when order volumes are higher. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and delivery times are not guaranteed.

All UK orders are sent with tracking, and tracking information will be provided where available.

Ship to Shop (DPD)

We are pleased to offer a Ship to Shop delivery service through DPD, which is convenient for customers who are unlikely to be home to receive deliveries. You can request delivery to a secure pickup location near you, where your order will be available to collect for 7 days using your ID.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@qsbeauty.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, with photographic evidence where relevant. We will review each case individually and respond by email. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

## International orders (outside the United Kingdom)

By placing an order to be shipped outside the UK, you accept the following:

- You are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, taxes or additional fees levied by the destination country. QS Beauty is not liable for these and they are not included in the price you pay us.
- International shipping carries additional risk of delay. While we take care to package orders securely, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or the courier once your order has left the UK.
- Once payment has been received in full, international orders may take up to 4 weeks to process and dispatch, with further time for delivery depending on the courier service.
- Tracking information will be provided where available, and we aim to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.


Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
