Returns & Refunds Policy
Before you return anything
Please contact us by email at info@qsbeauty.com before shipping any item back to us. Quote your order number, full name and delivery address in your message. Returns sent back without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
Your right to cancel (UK customers)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This 14-day period begins on the day of delivery.
To cancel, notify us by email within this period. After notifying us, you must return the item to us. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item back, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact, sealed and untampered with.
If a returned item arrives in a condition that cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to deduct an amount to cover the loss in value.
Clearance & sale items
Clearance and sale items (any item sold at a reduced price or as part of a special offer of any kind) are final sale and non-returnable, except where you have a statutory right to cancel. Please note:
• Clearance items must be returned completely unused, unopened and in original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Return postage on clearance items is paid by the customer.
• Original outbound postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
• Items returned opened, used, or not in resaleable condition will not be refunded.
Because clearance stock is being discontinued, we strongly recommend choosing carefully before ordering.
Postage & costs
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility on all returns, including change of mind cancellations.
• Where QS Beauty has incurred outbound postage or packaging costs, these will be deducted from any authorised refund (amount specified by QS Beauty).
• We strongly recommend obtaining a free proof of postage from your Post Office when returning any item. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Cancellations before dispatch
If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already been processed or dispatched, you will need to return the goods once received. Original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where relevant.
How refunds are issued
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method according to what has been authorised.
International orders (outside the United Kingdom)
By placing an order to be shipped outside the UK, the customer accepts the following terms:
• International clearance and sale orders are non-refundable.
• You accept the risks involved with international shipping. QS Beauty is not liable for any loss or damage in transit and will not cover such costs or provide refunds for them.
• You are responsible for any customs, import charges or additional fees, and QS Beauty is not liable for these.
• Once payment has cleared, orders may take up to 4 weeks to process and ship, with further time for delivery depending on the courier.
• Tracking information will be provided where available.
This policy is intended to comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
